I went out to get my mail and nearly tripped over a big box under my mailbox ... I got an amazing surprise ... a box full of luscious yarn!!! COTTON!!! Janet Nogle is an angel!!

I love this yarn! Look at all the gorgeous colors! I feel so loved and so lucky! This is hte second time she's surprised me like this!!

It was love at first site or sniff! She would press her nose deep into the Paton Classic Wool and yank out the centre with her teeth!! She's so cute!!

THE KNITWITS HEAVEN KNITFEST!!!!!!!!!!

Well ... we did it!! We deserted our homes and families and let all housework fly to the 4 winds!! ((like we do every day anyway!! HAHAHAHA)) We gathered our forces, our yarns, our needles, our books and our imaginations soared! We knit and giggled until 3 & 4 am! .. like a couple of teenie boppers!! HEHEHE

1. I make up my OWN explative words! (examples: sugar diabetes! Cromb Crispie Crunch! Friggin Diggin! Holy Shyte MaGeee! Freakin Frickin Frackin Free-hole-eh! Oh Me N's!)

2. I love to abbreviate my favorite sayings: FSMN = for shizzle me nizzle, 2TO = A friend's MIL (long story - giggles), 3RW = Rex the Random Rectom Wrecker (another even longer story - don't ask! LOL) etc.

3. I absolutely HATE being bored!! I wiggle and squiggle until I feel like I'm gonna blow! Then I pull out knitting and all is right with the world again! ((**Nervous tension or what!!! hehehehe**))

4. I LOVE TEENAGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ROCK!!! Specially my own and their friends!

5. I'm obsessed with collecting yarn, patterns, needles and anything "knitting".

6. I knit everywhere I go, I always have a washcloth pattern on the go in my purse and pull it out anywhere I am.
